Purpose of Position Awin's Unlock the Clock (UTC) programme is building the evidence base and infrastructure to move measurement beyond last click, using deterministic, CDN/edge-level signals and advanced data connections from publishers to show the full-funnel and AI-discovery influence that today's attribution misses.
