Data & privacy requests

Under UK & EU data-protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete/remove it (the “right to be forgotten”), export it, or restrict how we use it. Use this form to make a request — you do not need an account.

  • Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Erasure / removal — delete your personal data where we’re able to.
  • Rectification — correct data that’s wrong or incomplete.
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
  • Restriction / objection — limit or object to how we process your data.

To protect your data we’ll verify your identity before we act on a request, and we’ll respond within one month (we’ll tell you if we need longer, as the law allows). If you already have an account, you can also manage most requests from your account settings.

Use the email address associated with your data, so we can locate and verify it.
