We are looking for an organised and analytical Scheduler / Technical Helpdesk Coordinator to manage the scheduling and workflow of our centralised Facilities Management (FM) Helpdesk. You will triage reactive maintenance requests, schedule engineers based on their skills and location, and manage our CAFM system.
